Technique: Textile squares folded over cardboard.
Each side comprises 121 textile squares folded and sewn onto polyester felt squares covered with linen.

Description: For the first time, five new pieces from the Storm Series are exhibited in three dimensions.  

The relief effect of the folds varies according to the weave, the materials used and sometimes, the use of cardboard when folding: open like corolla or stretched flat with thread. Organza and organdy bring a light, ethereal touch.

As the breakdown of a fleeting flash of lightning, each of the five sides afford a glimpse into a stage in the transformation of light fused with energy.
